Type the email address associated with your EmoraPath account. We'll send a secure, time-limited reset link to that address within seconds.
Check Your Inbox
Open the email from EmoraPath and click the "Reset Password" button. The link is valid for 60 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it right away.
Create a New Password
Choose a strong, unique password with at least 8 characters. A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols keeps your mental health data more secure.
Log Back In
Once your new password is saved, log in to EmoraPath. Your mood journal, check-in history, and all wellness progress are exactly where you left them.
Keeping Your Account Secure
EmoraPath will never ask for your password in an email or chat message. Only use the official reset link sent directly to your inbox.
Reset links expire after 60 minutes for your protection. If yours has expired, request a new one from this page — it only takes a moment.
After resetting, consider using a password manager so you never need to reset again. Your mental health data deserves strong, unique protection.
Use a password that's unique to EmoraPath — not reused from other sites. This limits risk if another service is ever compromised.
If you received a reset email you didn't request, someone may have entered your address by mistake. Your password has not changed and your account is safe.
Questions people usually have
I didn't receive the reset email. What should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — automated emails sometimes land there. Make sure you entered the exact email used when you signed up. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, request another link. Still nothing? Contact support@emorapath.com and we'll help you regain access.
How long does the EmoraPath password reset link stay valid?
Reset links expire after 60 minutes for security. If yours has expired, return to this page and request a fresh one. The new link is sent instantly.
I forgot which email address I used to sign up.
Try any email addresses you use regularly. If you signed up via Google or Apple Sign-In, those may use a different email. If you're still stuck, email support@emorapath.com with your name and we can locate your account.
Will resetting my password delete my journal or mood history?
Not at all. Resetting your password only changes your login credentials. Your entire EmoraPath history — mood journal, emotion check-ins, wellness streaks, and all personal data — is fully preserved.
My reset link says it's already used or invalid.
Reset links are single-use and expire after 60 minutes. If you see this message, the link was already used (perhaps clicked twice) or timed out. Request a new one from this page — it takes only seconds.
Can I reset my password if I signed up with Google or Apple?
If you signed up using Google or Apple Sign-In, your password is managed by those services. Visit google.com/account or appleid.apple.com to update it. Then log in to EmoraPath using the same social login button as before.
Still stuck? We've got you.
Our team responds within 24 hours and will help you get back in — every journal entry and wellness record will be right where you left it.
