Dr. Lisa Park is a licensed clinical psychologist and one of the leading ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) practitioners on the West Coast. She completed her doctoral training at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her postdoctoral fellowship at the OCD & Anxiety Institute of Southern California.
Dr. Park has trained hundreds of clinicians in ERP through workshops at the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) annual conference, where she has been a featured presenter for six consecutive years. Her clinical work spans pure OCD, contamination OCD, relationship OCD (ROCD), and orthorexia — conditions where she has helped hundreds of clients reclaim their lives from rigid, anxiety-driven thought patterns.
At EmoraPath, Dr. Park reviews all OCD and eating disorder content — bringing her specialized expertise to ensure our guides accurately represent current ERP science and eating disorder treatment approaches.
Clinical Approach
Dr. Park's primary modality is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold-standard treatment for OCD. She also uses Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) for OCD subtypes where traditional ERP is insufficient.
